This success allowed us to begin, Thoughtful Realtor Thursday, where the first Thursday of every month, we support a small business in town by gifting their customers. Not only does this broaden their business exposure, it brings people joy. We also want to strengthen the non-profits by donating 15% of my net commission to a mutually agreed upon non profit at closing.
